Burton is my favorite snowboarding company. They have a large variety of boards, bindings, boots, and clothing. I love the look and more importantly the feel of their products. I highly recommend them.

Backhill is a site with gear for all you grommets out there.

Morrow has quality boards, but I know some people that had problems with a certain type of their binding.
