Here is a screen shot of IP Assistant minimized to the system tray. Your current IP Address is displayed as a tool tip when your mouse pointer is positioned above the IP Assistant icon. A quick mouse click on the icon copies your address to the windows clipboard. You can then paste the IP address into another application.

Other users may prefer a more "descriptive" interface. While you probably won't use this menu too frequently, it does exist.
