Leo Jacoby has been Deanery Coordinator on a part-time basis since 1988. He assists the dean, pastors and the Deanery Pastoral Council in various collaborative efforts, especially adult formation, catechist training, library, evangelization, pastoral planning and stewardship.  He is also available to deanery parishes to address their specific needs in these and other areas. Leo has been a religious educator since graduating from Boston College in 1971. He has a master's degree in pastoral studies from Loyola University, New Orleans; plus graduate work at St. Mary's University, Winona MN, and brief study in the IPS program. Leo is married to Janet who serves as chaplain at Saint Michael's Hospital. Their adult children are both graduates of Pacelli High School: Tobias who teaches in an under-resourced high school in the Los Angelos area; and Joyana who is serving two years as a lay missioner with the Good Shepherd Sisters in León, Mexico.
